HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Just send over an email or call and we’ll get the order going. If you are a designer or architect, please open a trade account to receive your trade discount and free memos. Orders placed for yardage as shown on this site do not require a strike-off. If you’d like to order a custom color or scale, a strike-off is required and has an additional fee. If you have any questions just send me an email at email@example.com.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT?
I have a two yard minimum on all fabrics.
DO YOU KEEP FABRICS IN STOCK?
Fabrics are printed to order. I only print what you need, just for you, and don’t keep yardage in stock.
WHAT ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES?
Please allow about 3 weeks for your order to ship.
HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SHIPPED?
All fabrics within the US and Canada ship via UPS. To ensure safe receipt of your product we suggest that it be delivered to a place of business and signed for upon receipt. Please double check your “ship-to” address. La Selva Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
HOW DO I CUSTOMIZE AND ORDER?
I welcome your custom order requests and offer a variety of customization options. Each fabric pattern shown on the site can be customized as to color, scale and direction. Strike-offs are required for all custom orders. Many of the art pieces and decor items are also customizable.
DO YOU OFFER COMMISSIONED ORIGINAL DESIGN WORK?
Yes, please contact me with what you have in mind.
DO YOU PRINT ON COMMERCIAL FABRICS?
I do offer commercial printing on select commercial grounds. Please provide a detailed description of the your project including any codes that need to be met. A custom fee and lead time will apply.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Once an order has been paid for it is in progress and cannot be canceled.
CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?
I do not accept returns. Please inspect the fabric, art or decor immediately upon receipt for any irregularities. I will do my best to resolve any issues.
