What is your lead time?
Typical lead time is two-three weeks. Custom orders that require a strike-off can take up to five weeks.

What is your return policy?
Because our fabrics are printed just for you, all sales are final. Please inspect the yardage upon arrival and let us know of any issues within 5 days.

What is your cancellation policy?
When orders are placed the production process has begun and cancellations are not possible.

How It Works

• Consultation. We start with a conversation about your space, your rooms, and how you want to feel in them.

• Palette and fabric selection. We build your room around a signature palette — one deep tone, two soft tones, and a surprise — using La Selva fabrics as the anchor.

• Design and sourcing. Window treatments, art, and furnishings are designed and ordered to fit your space.

• Installation and reveal. Your finished room is installed, styled, and presented — including a final turndown-style detail.
